The classes all share and incorporate the wisdom of Yoga to connect every action, on and off the mat, with the intention to live a meaningful life, to move toward what is sacred and most important to us.

Rise and Shine at the Yurt : A flow of movement and breath to help us develop balance, flexibility and strength

Monday 10:00 AM Pacific Duration: 75 minutes

Tea, sympathy and Yoga : Embodied mindfulness Vinyasa Flow. Where one is encourage to move with freedom and fluidity while strengthening body and calming mind.

Friday    10:00 AM Pacific    Duration: 75 minutes

Easy Does It, at The Yurt:  A gentle and slow practice to help heal the effects of chronic stress in the body. Floor stretching followed by restorative poses done with different props.
