Classes
The classes all share and incorporate the wisdom of Yoga to connect every action, on and off the mat, with the intention to live a meaningful life, to move toward what is sacred and most important to us.
Morning Flow: A flow of movement and breath to help us develop balance, flexibility and strength.
Monday 9:15 AM Pacific  Duration: 60 minutes
Stretch and Restore: A gentle and slow practice to help heal the effects of chronic stress in the body. Floor stretching followed by restorative poses done with different props.
Tuesday 4:00 PM Pacific  Duration: 60 minutes
Tea, sympathy and Yoga : In the yurt, embodied mindfulness Vinyasa Flow. Where one is encourage to move with freedom and fluidity while strengthening body and mind.
Friday  10:00 AM Pacific  Duration: 75 minutes
Happy Hour Yoga: An all-level organic flow with energetic movements to strengthen and flex the body.
Friday  4:00 PM Pacific  Duration: 60 minutes
