Driving from California to Oregon is not easy for the body nor is it easy for the soul.
It was absolutely heart breaking to see so many cattle trucks on the road. Sometimes a nose peeks from between the iron bars…I am so sorry, I am so sorry I repeat to myself… I can only imagine the fear that these beautiful innocent creatures feel. Being crowded in the truck driving hours to a remote destination. Remote, so we will not witness the horrors that we, by our greed and craving, are promoting.
I know what is down the road for them. The screaming, the cries, the smell of blood. Now they are being referred to by the media as “meat processing factories”. Do not be fooled, these are slaughterhouses were vicious crimes are being done.
Vicious crimes against humanity as now we see how these slaughterhouses become an incubator for viruses, among them Covid-19. A vicious crime done by humans to other mammals that just like us deserve to live.
