Dear friends
Mary Oliver writes in her poem ‘When I am among the Trees’ “…I would almost say
they save me and daily…”
Yoga is so for me…It saves me and daily.
Yoga is all about being present for our lives with full acceptance. For me, it became a life I can flow through without resistance. Free of dramas and complications, without the stories I used to cling to, in order to justify this or that. And with courage to be open to what is before me…to find strength and wisdom, to be humble and know that I walk the path, where it leads, I will follow. To know that I don’t know and to be willing to be in the state of not knowing.
Oliver ends her poem with: “It’s simple, they say, and you too have come
into the world to do this, to go easy, to be filled with light, and to shine.”
What is your experience like? Would love to hear your thoughts.
